Green Delta Insurance is the first non-life Insurance Company from Bangladesh to introduce the retail insurance department. The department was created with the motto ‘Insurance for Everyone’. The main products that the retail insurance department sells are Motor Insurance, Overseas Mediclaim Insurance, Personal accident insurance, People’s personal accident policy, Health Insurance, All risk insurance and Nibedita- Comprehensive Insurance scheme for women. There are few other projects under Retail and SME, they are Niramoy-micro insurance for rural people, Shudin- micro insurance for garments workers, Weather index based Crop Insurance and Probashi- Comprehensive Insurance Scheme for Migrant workers.

Bangladesh Government has taken up a timely initiative to provide health insurance to the people who are living below the poverty line. ‘Shashtha Suroksha Karmashuchi’ (SSK) is a project of Health Economics Unit under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Green Delta Insurance is the scheme operator for the whole project. Green Delta is eyeing the scope of digital insurance and has initiated online payments services to make the payment methods easier and have built up a strong IT infrastructure to be aligned with government’s recent approaches towards a more digitalized and greener future.

Job Responsibilities

Developing and overseeing all aspects of the digital & social media marketing including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets as per the campaign plans devised by the team.
Managing and maintaining social media platforms.
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of digital campaigns and generate accurate reports on the digital & social media campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinating with agency and media vendors to improve marketing results.
Evaluating important metrics that affect website/App traffic, target audience.
Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
To coordinate with internal stakeholder (IT, Customer Care, Digital Business) and needs to disseminate required campaign information to ensure synergy between cross functional teams.
